Returns

We aim to please! If you would like to inquire about a return or refund, please email info@spearfishingcanada.com. Returns/Refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase, this time includes the time it takes to ship it back to us!

All items being returned must have the original Tags on, and be in the original box/packaging. Items must be in perfect resalable condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

ALL Neoprene Products are a FINAL SALE due to hygiene concerns: Please note that, due to the intimate nature of open-cell neoprene, we are unable to accept returns on wetsuits that have been lubricated for try-on. This policy helps us ensure that every wetsuit meets our high standards for quality and hygiene when it reaches our customers.

Refund and Credits

It takes time for your return to arrive back at Spearfishing Canada, we then have to unpack and inspect the products. Please allow for 7-14 days for the refund to be reflected on you method of payment.

Warranty

Customer assumes the return shipping for any manufacturer defective products. Once we receive the product we will contact the Brand and resolve the concerns as per the specific Brands warranty policy.
